1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return under our 10-Day Return Policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

If your product meets the criteria above, we’ll gladly accept your return. If the product does not meet these conditions, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process your return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Approval: We will confirm your return request and provide you with detailed instructions.

  3. Pack the Product: Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your return accordingly.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will:

  • Offer a repair, replacement, or full refund (based on the severity of the issue).

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please send clear pictures of the damage or defect to assist in the claim process.

If the return is due to a product defect or damage caused during shipping, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Full Refund: Provided if the product is defective or damaged.

  • Partial Refund: May apply if the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable under our 10-Day Return Policy:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom sizes, colors, etc.).

  • Seats, covers, and cushions due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items that are no longer in their original packaging.

6. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for another product, you can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. However, exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange for a different product (not defective), you will need to follow the return procedure and place a new order.

7. Late Returns

Any product returned after 10 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund. If the item is returned late, it will be sent back to the customer, and the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is sent for production. A cancellation fee of 4.5% of the total order value (minimum ₹1000) will apply. Once the product is dispatched or produced, cancellation is not possible.

9. Return Shipping Fees

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.

10. Special Conditions for Large Furniture

  • For large furniture items, free delivery applies only for the first delivery attempt. If the delivery is missed, an additional re-delivery charge will apply.

  • If there is no service lift in your building, we will deliver only to the ground floor. Additional charges will apply if delivery is required to a higher floor.
